Who We Are

The Principal

Gregory Ross, eStrategies Consulting founder, has over thirty years experience in I/T and business strategy development, implementation and operations. He has extensive experience in insurance, financial services, electronic commerce, customer self-service and sales force automation. Previously, as an Executive Vice President at New England Financial, a MetLife Company, he served as Chief Information Officer, leading its I/T, Customer Service and E-commerce functions.

His primary focus is helping CEOs, CTOs and Chief Marketing Officers of established and startup companies effectively integrate technology strategies and capabilities into their business operations while optimizing organizational performance.
